Terms of Service

The Services

AiLeadLab provides lead generation services to local businesses. This includes, depending on your package:

• A ranked local landing page (domain exclusively assigned to you for your city + vertical)
• Ongoing content production — articles, blog posts targeting your market
• YouTube Shorts produced monthly targeting your city and service vertical
• A tracked lead phone number with call routing and missed-call text-back
• Social media content posted across platforms on your behalf
• Add-on services as selected (automation, email marketing, additional landing pages)

Specific deliverables for your package are confirmed at the start of your engagement. We reserve the right to update our service offerings over time — we'll always notify active clients of any meaningful changes.

Exclusivity — One Client Per City Per Vertical

This is a core part of how our network works: we only work with one business per service vertical per city. When you claim your spot, you own it. We won't run the same service for a direct competitor in the same market while you're a client. This exclusivity is one of the primary reasons the service works.

Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Here's how it works:

• Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from your start date
• Payment method: Card on file, auto-charged at the start of each billing cycle
• Strategy call fee: The $100 strategy call fee is applied in full toward your first month's invoice if you move forward with a package
• No long-term contracts: We don't lock you in. Your service continues month to month for as long as you want it

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. We just ask for 30 days written notice sent to hello@aileadlab.net. This gives us enough time to wind down your active campaigns properly. You won't be charged after your final billing cycle ends.

Partial months are not refunded — if you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues through the end of that paid period.

Your Tracking Number

When you become a client, we set up a tracked phone number that routes leads to your business. If you ever cancel your service, you keep that number. We'll port it to you at no charge. It's yours.

Lead Volume — No Specific Guarantees

We're honest about this: we don't guarantee a specific number of leads per month. Lead volume depends on factors we don't control — including the size of your market, the competitiveness of your vertical, seasonal demand, and how quickly organic rankings build.

What we do guarantee is that we'll do the work — build the assets, produce the content, manage the technical setup, and optimize continuously. Most clients see meaningful lead flow within 60–90 days. Some markets move faster, some take longer.

If at any point you're not satisfied with how things are progressing, talk to us. We'd rather find a solution than lose a client.

Your Responsibilities

To get the most out of the service, we ask that you:

• Answer the phone — leads routed to a number that goes unanswered don't convert
• Respond to the missed-call text-back system promptly when calls are missed
• Provide us with accurate information about your business, services, and service area
• Keep your billing information current to avoid service interruptions

Intellectual Property

Content and assets produced by AiLeadLab (articles, social posts, video scripts, landing pages) are created specifically for your account and licensed to you for use during your active engagement. The underlying domain and directory sites remain AiLeadLab property. If you cancel, we'll work with you on a reasonable transition.

Limitation of Liability

AiLeadLab's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these services is limited to the total fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Florida courts. We're a Florida company — this is where we live and work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Active clients will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
